We have detected that your Operating System is Windows Vista. There seems to be a 'bug' in Vista that does not detect the Adobe Flash Player installation. If you've been having problems with viewing flash files properly, please follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to the following folder on your computer:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

2) Find the folowing file in that folder:   ->  FlashUtil9c.exe
Doubleclick on that file and allow it to run.
